This assessment is designed to assess your technical skills in communicating project status effectively to different stakeholders. You are required to work individually, and you will be provided with a unique project scenario. You are required to prepare supporting documents, power point presentation slides that includes adequate information about the project case and present your report (verbal presentation) regarding the project status.

The project scenario and detailed instructions will be provided on Monday of week 10 or earlier and you are expected to apply the knowledge and skills you learn over the trimester for the submission.

While the main marked assessment is your power point slides and verbal presentation, you should demonstrate clear understanding, and high-level project management skills in your submission and presentation. You need to submit supporting documents and presentation file prior to the submission date in Assessment 3 Canvas submission space. Details of the supporting documents shall be available in the detailed instructions shared with you.

The date of presentation shall be conveyed to the students in Week 10, and it is mandatory that the students are available during their designated presentation time slots.

This assessment describes a brief explanation of the project plan. This comprises the project information, objective and impact on the tourism industry, risk assessment, and outline plan of the project case. This assessment includes satisfactory information about the project case.

Background Information 

The project of the Statue of Unity expresses respect for the Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel, the great iron man of India.
