Political issues and their stability is some of the most critical things in the different types of Healthcare equipment and service sector; therefore, the overall economy of the country totally depends on political factors (Kotrajaras, Tubtimtong  & Wiboonchutikula 2011). These political factors include the different kinds of rules and regulations that have been conducted by the government of the country, and the companies that want to take a position within the market have to follow these rules (Anyanwu 2012). Some political factors like the risk of military invention, corruption in the country, bureaucracy, and other contract enforcement can create different types of problems for the organization while establishing the new business within the market. When there is a description about the home country that is Australia, then it is found that the political environment of Australia is stable and safe, but on the other hand, the political factor of South Africa is full of corruption (Boyd et al 2007). It explores the social position of the company and how much people love to engage with that brand. The South African country has a high entrepreneurship spirit, but the currency rate and unemployment are high in South Africa. However, when there is a discussion about Australia, then it is found that Australia is one of the wealthy countries and has high financial status.

 Technological

The UBI is famous for its technological development processes. It has a high level of technology, and the company tries to innovate on a daily basis. Therefore, the impact has occurred in the Healthcare equipment and services industry about the cost structure of the company. It also includes the value chain structure in the Healthcare sector. The technological issues are also created by the rate of technological diffusion. By all of these things, the company has to be very strategic. Australia has a high level of advantages in technology. Other hands South Africa does not have a proper budget to maintain their technology according to their requirements.

 Environmental

After implementing any strategy within the organization, there are many types of challenges such as climate change, weather, laws, regulation, air and water pollution, as well as recycling waste materials (Universalbiosensors.com, 2022). The proper species are engaged in that way with renewable energy resources. The environmental factor of South Africa is law is for the different stakeholders because the location of South Africa is good.
