Management in agribusiness therefore entails the directing and controls of agricultural business to the attainment of strategic objectives and effective handling of challenges in the sector. As highlighted in this paper, there is limited research done on different aspects of leadership in agriculture, and more longitudinal studies need to be undertaken to understand the impact of different leadership styles across different scenarios (Elmaghrabi, 2021). Through the integration of empirical data, it is possible to develop a better understanding of how leadership determines the effectiveness of the organizations in the field of agribusiness.
Reading through the literature in leadership in the agribusiness, I gather that flexibility and creativity are a plus. One lesson leader probably learn is that it is important to embrace the new and innovative methods while at the same time adhering to the conventional methods that will guarantee success. This perspective highlights the need for organizations to promote the culture of sustainability and flexibility in organizations. Such knowledge can improve my professional practice and personal development when taking leadership positions.
