The research included a detailed discussion on the summarized aspects of the case study evaluation. Strategic leadership especially the dynamic environments has significant impacts on organisational performance, however it is observed that the research showed different conclusions on the relationship which are mainly influenced by external and internal factors. The study critically reviews the literature in order to evaluate how external environment and organizational change influence the effect on performance by strategic leadership.

Although there are some literature gaps that have been identified in the following, some of the Literature has shown that it has not directly investigated the effect of strategic leadership on performance by analyzing the the other hand some of the studies have not been able to identify the indirect influence of strategic management or leadership on the performance. Some of the literature were Limited in terms of identifying only the influence of leadership on performance from a micro level perspective.

Reflection and Conclusion

I think that strategic leadership and management is very significant in terms of lifting the organizational performance of a company. It is a major ingredient which derives successful performance of an organization that are operating in a highly competitive and dynamic market environment. It is seen the strategic leadership actions as well as operations have influenced the performance in a positive way. I think that strategic leadership is very significant in allowing an organization to improve its performance following a systematic Framework that is strategically aligned to its objectives. Although I think that there are empirical gaps which must be considered, this includes the existing studies not analyzing the influence which strategic leadership has from the macro level perspective.

Concluding in the light of above context it can be stated that the review has effectively shown the relationship between strategic leadership, external environment organizational change and performance. Although there are some important aspects such as the literature gap that will be considered for the purpose of identifying where the following study is limited. Despite the limitations and gap there has been identification of a direct effect which strategic leadership has on the performance of the organization.
