The paper will try to identify the potentiality of each market in the context of the organization to understand which market is better for the organization to choose.

Key Finding:

Comparison of The External Environment of Cambodia and Chile:

Findings Based on the External Analysis in the Case of Cambodia:

The political scenario of Cambodia conveys that it has its trading policies with the administrative division to help a business to develop. However, unstable political scenarios through conflict and wars can be threatening for a business where political and election trends even can be impactful. The country even is suffering from corruption however inter-country relationships and bureaucracy can be conveyed as positive factors (Sharma et al. 2020). The economic environment of Cambodia is mostly disadvantageous due to inflation and the local economy where the only positive sign is the scope of international trade. Considering the social culture of Cambodia, demographic segmentation is really important for any organization to take care of expansion. The technological environment of Cambodia can be represented through communication, transportation, and energy. It is suffering from environmental issues however the legal structure does not really share much concern for the issues rather it has strict regulations for money laundering and taxation.

Findings Based on The External Analysis in Case of Chile:

The political environment of Chile is advantageous due to international regulation which eventually confirms that international trading is entertained thoughrestrictions in trade are there. The economic environment is another influential factor as the world economy gets represented by Chile's GDP (Sergei, & Alexander, 2018). The social culture of Chile confirms economic freedom development, globalization, and most importantly low corruption with recommendable capital income. The upper-middle-class economy of Chile is a great opportunity for any organization to look for. For the homogenous culture and strong bond with appreciated family culture can confirm enough scopes or gaps for any organization to be appreciated by its people of it. Legal and environmental factors have perfect collaboration to attend sustainability in its part with strict regulatory standards, technology environment of Chile is growing constantly with all modernized infrastructure to confirm scopes for market entry.

Potentiality of the Chile To Get Into The Market:

As per the discussion of different external environmental factors of Chile and Cambodia, it is quite clear that Chile has better scoops for the organization to expand. The main consideration or USP of the organization is sustainability and Chile becomes the model of sustainability with an advantageous political, economic, social, and legal environment (Atria, Castillo, Maldonado& Ramirez, 2020). Due to all advantageous factors, the organization even can have better scoops to attend CSR specifically through togetherness of the social culture. The togetherness even would have positive concern to make the entry successful by attracting the customers in one way. On the other hand, the political, economic, social, and legal environment are completely threatening for the organization to have a successful market due to complete ignorance towards sustainability. Further, the demographic segmentation even would demand a huge budget to attract different types of people through the individual approach. Hence, the discussion confirms that Chile is a better market for Lendlease to make a successful entry due to its implemented sustainability and the opportunity of having better corporate social responsibility in its infrastructure (Lendlease, 2022).
